Items in stock are packaged, dispatched and delivered within 2-3 days from the date ordered.
Pieces that are not in stock will be sent out 3-4 weeks after date ordered due to production time and shipping since our manufacturing plant is in Asia.

All orders are well-packaged before delivery. Our packaging is eco-friendly and serves as a safe haven where your jewelry can be stored when not in use.

We produce jewelry that are made with materials or metals that are carefully selected due to their long -lasting hypoallergenic properties. Our pieces are made of vermeil, gold plated sterling silver/stainless steel, sterling silver, solid gold, gemstones and diamonds.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY JEWELRY?
Apply lotions or perfumes before wearing jewelry
Store jewelry in an air-tight box when not in use and keep away from moisture
Remove jewelry before showers, physical activity or going to bed
Clean pieces regularly with jewelry soft cloth
CAN I CANCEL/RETURN MY ORDER?
Orders must be cancelled on time. We will not accept any cancellations once orders begin processing.
We only allow returns/exchanges when the piece delivered is not what was ordered or jewelry is faulty.
