Jewelry from us is semi-customized or customized hence we only offer refunds in situations where jewelry piece is faulty or not what was ordered.
We only allow exchange or returns when the piece delivered is different from what was ordered or jewelry is faulty. Aside these two situations, we cannot offer exchanges or returns on jewelry pieces since each sale is final.
